+ Responsible for leading the China digital engineering team to build the strategy and drive the development of leading digital solutions in the Healthcare Market to empower our customers.
+ Responsible for development products' and projects' target achievements, along with the team's lean coaching and iterative planning within the agile setup. Responsible to identify risks & issues and setup mitigation measures to resolve them.
