About The Role

CMS is recruiting a Digital Solutions Design and Adoption Manager to help drive firmwide adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI‑powered solutions, and other technologies that support modern, efficient ways of working.

The Digital Solutions Design and Adoption Manager supports the firm’s technology adoption agenda, working across Business Services, Practice Groups, and project teams to help users maximise the value of our digital tools and platforms, such as Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI‑powered solutions, and other firmwide technologies.

You’ll be a champion for modern ways of working. You will partner with teams to understand how they work today, shape adoption strategies, run targeted enablement sessions, support product rollouts, and help embed technology into everyday workflows.
