Job Description
- Welcome the customer, understand their required service and direct them to the concerned service officer.
- Promote the online licensing services (through RTA's portal) to the customers.
- Guide the customer on the digital licensing process (using the assigned tablet).
- Coordinate with the supervisor to implement digital services and initiatives.
- Provide highest level of customer service to maintain high customer happiness scores.
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend digital technologies and platforms that align with RTA goals.
- Measure and assess the success of digital initiatives and collaborate with the management on further enhancements of the service.
- Other adhoc tasks as required by the management team.
