Digital Workplace, Executive Support and Audiovisual AV Support Engineer

Guardian is seeking an Executive and AV Support Lead to join the Digital Workplace organization. This role is responsible for providing hands on executive end user and audiovisual support in highly visible and time sensitive environments. The position requires strong technical experience, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while partnering closely with internal teams and external vendors.

This role supports senior leaders and enterprise meetings where reliability, security, professionalism, and discretion are essential.

**Executive and End User Support**

+ Provide high touch technology support for senior executives, including devices, collaboration tools, and audiovisual environments. Act as an escalation point for complex or high impact executive support issues. Support leadership meetings, town halls, and enterprise events, including live troubleshooting during sessions when needed.
