Dimensional Engineer - mississauga

Job Summary

As a Dimensional Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the precision, accuracy, and quality control of dimensional specifications for automotive parts at TI Automotive. You will apply engineering principles to ensure that parts meet the required design tolerances and fitment standards throughout the manufacturing process. Strong problem‑solving abilities, proficiency in 3D CAD software, and a deep understanding on geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) is essential.

Job Responsibilities

• Program and operate bridge CMMs using PC‑DMIS to inspect injection‑molded parts and assemblies.
• Perform statistical tolerance analyses, using RSS, Monte Carlo & 3D variation software like Cetol 6 sigma.
• Review customer GD&T and develop in‑process (WIP) GD&T and datum strategies aligned to functional requirements.
