DIRECT HIRE - PLANNER/SCHEDULER

**Gap, PA – Manufacturer is seeking a Fabrication Planner/Scheduler.**
**This is a Direct Hire position. Please provide resume for review**

**Pay: $85,000 - $100,000 DOE**
**Duties:**

+ **Manage/develop production schedules for timely product production, timely delivery of material.**
+ **Project management.**
+ **Oversee SOP, KPI’s for continuous improvement.**
+ **Administrator of EHS reporting for two other locations.**
+ **Coordinate with Dispatch/Shipping to align production.**
+ **Forecast labor, mold and equipment needs based on workload.**
+ **Balance project demands while maintaining plant efficiency.**
+ **Lead/support improvement initiatives.**
+ **Maintain production data in ERP and scheduling tools.**
+ **Work Orders, Production reporting, scheduling.**
+ **Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines.**
+ **Will work in a combination of office and in production areas.**
