Direct Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the direct sales team in promoting wellness packages and services. Plan and execute outdoor/on-the-road sales activities, roadshows, and corporate outreach programmes. Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships. Drive sales performance to achieve monthly and yearly revenue targets. Conduct presentations and product briefings to prospective clients and customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and customers. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Train, motivate, and mentor sales representatives to improve performance and service quality. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
