Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Duties:
In this role, you'll work in community‑based and habilitation settings, helping people develop skills, stay connected in their communities, and move toward greater independence.
As a DSP, you'll build meaningful relationships through respectful, person‑centered support that encourages confidence and positive self‑esteem.
