Our Day Program DSPs support adults with developmental disabilities as they build skills, independence, and community connections in a supportive, structured environment.


What you’ll do:
+ Support people in daily activities and community outings
+ Assist individuals in working toward personal goals
+ Drive program vehicles as needed
+ Complete the required documentation
+ Work as part of a collaborative, mission-driven team


This is an active, hands-on role that requires flexibility, patience, and compassion—every day is different, and every day matters.


Schedule & Location:
+ Monday–Friday only
+ 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
+ Convenient Mount Kisco location



Requirements:
+ High School Diploma required;
