Job Description

You will lead ad sales and partnerships, acting as the primary revenue driver across advertisers, agencies, and brand ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and own advertiser pipeline (brands + agencies)
  • Close large deals across performance and programmatic channels
  • Manage relationships with GroupM, Dentsu, Publicis, etc.
  • Identify new revenue streams and categories
  • Must-have attributes:

  • Strong agency and advertiser network
  • Demonstrated deal closures (₹10Cr+ annual billing)
  • Deep understanding of performance + digital commerce ecosystem
  • Ability to operate in high-growth, ambiguous environments
  • ???? Must act as a revenue extension of the client’s business
