Director, ALM and Investment Oversight

**Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results:**

+ Lead investment oversight of the China insurance JV and AMC. Relying on deep and practical knowledge of the China investment market and insurance asset management practices, advise International Health (IH) Global Office, Cigna Investment Management (CIM) and Cigna corporate stakeholders on China investment markets, insurer practices, asset classes and specific assets
+ Work with the JV management team using a balanced and practical approach to apply investment management best practices and risk-return objectives in the context of the China investment markets to meet liability requirements, improve asset-liability management and optimize long-term return. Set guidance and expectations with JV/AMC with Cigna’s investment and ALM principles and discipline, eg, to guide the JV/AMC in development and regular update of investment strategies for each asset class
