Director - Assets

The Asset Director will play a key strategic role within Skyways Technics, as part of the company’s senior management team, overseeing the full lifecycle management of high-value assets such as aircraft, engines and landing gears. Reporting directly to the VP Assets, this position is responsible for defining, executing, and continuously optimizing the company’s asset strategy to ensure alignment with market demand, commercial objectives, and long-term profitability.

The role combines strategic asset portfolio management, high-level commercial decision-making, and global business development. The Asset Director will actively identify acquisition opportunities, evaluate technical and financial risks, and structure transactions that maximize asset value.
