Director / Assistant Director, Procurement

Key Responsibilities Strategize, formulate and execute/deploy yearly strategies to support the overall business goals and department goals. Develop initiatives that maximize benefits from emerging technologies, including AI. Responsible for the team categories management and drive significant cost reduction or value to the organization. Provide strategic supply base management including supplier selection, negotiations, and supplier relationship/performance management. Aligning strategies and processes with Sustainable Procurement policy Steer and develop teams towards achieving yearly business objectives and strategic goals (e.g., revenue, risk, reputation and cost etc.). Manage end-to-end procurement activities, both internal and external. Key interface for stakeholder engagement and stewardship to value add to business units.
