The Director of Benefits and LOA is responsible for the strategic leadership, design, administration, compliance, and continuous improvement of the organization’s employee health, welfare, wellbeing, and leave programs.
The Director partners closely with Human Resources, Legal, Finance, Payroll, People Operations, and external vendors to develop competitive and compliant programs that support employee wellbeing, organizational objectives, and talent retention.
