Director, Career Mentoring & Enterprise Partnerships

NTUC LearningHub in Singapore is looking for a Programme Manager to oversee its Career Mentoring Programme. The role involves managing the full lifecycle of mentoring across 10 companies, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of experience in Programme Management or Business Development, with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. This position requires an entrepreneurial mindset to grow the programme beyond the CAAS ecosystem.
