WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?The Director of CIAM Platform Management & Next-Generation Identity Architecture is responsible for designing, implementing, and evolving RBC's comprehensive CIAM platform ecosystem to support a future-state vision of real-time access intelligence, identity risk scoring, dynamic access decisioning, and ultimately Zero Standing Access governance.This role manages the complete CIAM platform stack—including Auth0 for workforce and customer authentication/authorization, RBC Products for network access control and policy enforcement, and complementary identity intelligence and governance technologies—to deliver a unified identity fabric that governs both human and non-human identities (including AI services, machine identities, APIs, and autonomous workloads).The Director provides thought leadership on emerging identity architectures, evolving access control models, and next-generation risk governance, while leading cross-f...
