Job Description

The Cluster Director Manager is the leader responsible for the overall performance of the cluster, combining operational excellence with commercial success. As the owner of the cluster's P&L, the role ensures the implementation and execution of both operational and growth strategies across safety, quality, volume, revenue, and profitability objectives in alignment with Sibelco’s vision and corporate policies.
