Director, Commercial Data Science and Advanced Analytics

The Role As Director of Commercial Data Science and Advanced Analytics, you will lead a high-impact team within a multidisciplinary organization spanning Commercial and Medical Affairs. You will play a critical role in shaping and advancing Data Science, Advanced Analytics and AI initiatives across the US market. This position is based in our Princeton, NJ office. Work arrangement This role offers flexibility to work away from the office for 20%–40% of a typical schedule. Responsibilities Define and drive the advanced analytics strategy aligned to Commercial and Medical Affairs priorities across both Hematology and Solid Tumors. Identify, prioritize, and shape high‐impact analytics use cases, building clear business cases for investment and innovation.
