Base Salary Range: $106,000–$130,000 (annually)

Work Location: Hybrid – Combination of remote and onsite work to support HAS programs, based in Metro Vancouver

Overview

Hogan’s Alley Society is seeking an experienced real estate development leader to advance one of Canada’s few Black-led Community Land Trust initiatives. This is an opportunity to contribute to community-centered housing and social infrastructure rooted in repair, belonging, and long-term community ownership.
