Director Conference Management Opportunity

Elevate the in-person experience at SCMC as the Director of Conference. Oversee programming, logistics, and participant flow to deliver a professional capital markets event.

As the Director, you'll manage every aspect of the conference from June 2026 to March 2027. Your focus will be on creating a seamless environment for competitors, judges, and sponsors. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities: • Build and implement the conference operating plan • Manage logistics including A/V, catering, and signage • Ensure a positive on-site experience for competitors and judges • Lead volunteer coordination for the execution weekend • Collaborate with Marketing on attendee communications
