Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the management of all contractual activities within the Development team
- Assist with the tender request for proposal process from pre‑qualification through to tender analysis and recommendation to the Shamal Tender Committee
- Lead contract negotiations to ensure terms and conditions align with Shamal’s objectives and company policies and coordinate internally with Shamal Legal, Governance, Compliance, Finance and Insurance teams to mitigate identified commercial risks
- Draft contractual documentation including various forms of construction contract such as lump sum, measured price, two‑stage consultancy, settlement, novation and assignment agreements
- Prepare high‑level commercial risk reports for non‑negotiable contracts and issue clear commercial instructions for bespoke contracts
