Responsibilities:
Provide HR business partnering across the employee lifecycle for Sales and Support functions, including performance management and employee relations Own Talent Acquisition for all India roles, covering roles across Freudenberg Filtration Technologies India, including onboarding coordination and handover to plant HR for site induction Drive rollout and adoption of global HR processes and quality standards in India, including governance, documentation and audit readiness Drive learning and development and performance management cycles for Sales and Support functions and coordinate cross-location rollouts with plant HR Lead the Assistant Manager HR and ensure high quality day-to-day HR service and case handling for Management teams and employees in area of responsibility.
