Director, Corporate Human Resources

**POSITION SUMMARY:**
The Director of Human Resources serves as a strategic HR leader supporting a corporate function with a strong focus on organizational effectiveness, team design, and talent processes across the full associate lifecycle. This role partners closely with senior leaders to build high-performing teams, enhance productivity, and improve associate engagement and retention. The Director ensures consistent execution of HR standards, policies, and strategies while maintaining compliance with employment laws and organizational governance requirements. In addition to strategic leadership, the role leads a small HR team and provides hands-on HR support across associate relations, talent development, and enterprise HR programs.
