Opportunity Description
Our client, a well-established bank with a strong and growing presence in Asia, is seeking an experienced Director - Credit Risk Manager to lead the development and execution of credit risk frameworks across its unsecured consumer lending portfolio. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving sustainable portfolio growth through data-driven risk strategies, advanced analytics, and strong governance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of end-to-end credit risk strategies across unsecured consumer lending products, including acquisition, underwriting, line management, and collections strategies
- Develop and oversee risk frameworks covering credit policy, score cut-offs, affordability and indebtedness assessments, loan sizing, pricing, and risk segmentation
