As a Senior Leader, CX & Innovation Consulting, you will be responsible for the growth, development, and execution of experience and innovation strategy services across the MENA region and beyond. You’ll work in partnership with Experience & Innovation capability leads within the region. The role requires working from client offices across the GCC, including Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Oman.

The role works at the intersection of strategy and design and will focus on driving opportunities within the C‑Suite and senior management teams. You will be responsible for shaping opportunities through the customer and market lens to accelerate value identification and value realization for clients.
