Como Director(a) de Grupo, liderarás el proceso pedagógico y el acompañamiento integral de niños y niñas menores de 6 años, garantizando experiencias significativas, entornos protectores y el cumplimiento de los lineamientos institucionales.
¿Qué harás?
Planear e implementar experiencias pedagógicas intencionadas.Realizar seguimiento al desarrollo de los niños y niñas y mantener comunicación con las familias.Acompañar rutinas de cuidado cualificado y promover interacciones respetuosas.
Obra o labor con prestaciones de ley.
Horario Lunes a viernes (tiempo completo), con disponibilidad ocasional los sábados.
Salario $2.225.500
