Director, Deal Advisory – APAC

Working within Finance Advisory, the Director, Deal Advisory – APAC will establish and lead SLR’s Deal Advisory presence across Asia Pacific, with Singapore as the regional hub. This is a senior leadership role (typically 10+ years’ experience) combining hands‑on delivery, market development, client origination and team build‑out. The role is expected to act as a trusted advisor to senior investment professionals, including private equity, credit, infrastructure, sovereign and institutional investors across APAC.

The Director will oversee and lead Deal Advisory engagements across the full investment lifecycle — spanning ESG due diligence, fund‑level advisory (including but not limited to ESG programs, reporting, and data frameworks), and portfolio company engagement.
