Director, Digital Assets

**About this role**

This role is a leadership role within the Digital Assets organization at BlackRock, a business unit that leads our efforts across the firm’s activities in digital assets, including cryptoassets, stablecoins and tokenization. The team develops the firm’s strategy around digital assets, oversees its execution in concert with partner teams, and takes a leading role engaging with clients and other external stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**

+ Manage and lead execution of multiple major cross-functional digital assets initiatives across BlackRock
+ Take a leading role in the day-to-day operations of the digital assets team
+ Work with internal teams and external providers, and drive accountability for project execution
