The Director, Electrical & Industrial Sales is responsible for achieving the sales and gross margin budgets for one or more district’s electrical and industrial business. Drive strategic direction from Corporate into the field sales and marketing.
Responsible for meeting or exceeding annual gross margin budget for assigned territory of under $100M.
**In this role you will:**
+ Implement the Corporate strategies and initiatives across the District.
+ Responsible for directing and providing quality sales support to all customers through Branch Managers, Managers Industrial Business, Sales Managers, Account Managers, Sales Representatives, and other personnel.
+ Direct National Account/Corporate Account activity at the district level to ensure conformance to National Agreement terms and conditions.
+ Review and approve applicable workflows.
+ Ensure the Company's sales policies are followed.
