The **Director, Employee Engagement** **& Communications** , will lead enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen Amentum’s culture, amplify employee voice, and promote community impact. This role will design and deliver programs that reach wired and non-wired employees to celebrate achievements, foster engagement, and showcase corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts internally.
