**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Upskill Gen AI/UX for AI/ML Capabilities:**

+ Develop and implement Gen AI/UX for AI/ML knowledge and capabilities across the HUE community.
+ Promote system thinking and storytelling techniques among key designers to align product vision with user needs.
+ Collaborate with all the Honeywell functions who interact with customers during their journey.
+ Establish a framework for regular usability testing across all products, ensuring dedicated UX researchers and usability testing experts are embedded in each studio.
+ Identify opportunities for improving UX designers in data visualization techniques to improve the interpretability of information through design.
