**Position Summary**

**Enterprise Planning Transformation Leadership**

+ Lead the enterprise implementation strategy for SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP EPPM across Xcel Energy.
+ Establish a long-term enterprise planning and portfolio management roadmap aligned with corporate strategy and S/4HANA transformation objectives.
+ Drive modernization of financial planning & forecasting, capital & operating expense governance, and human capital planning
+ Ensure alignment between enterprise planning capabilities and other strategic initiatives related to reliability, affordability, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and clean energy transition goals.
