Title: DIRECTOR, FACILITY DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION Location: United States-Virginia-Virginia Beach Job Number: 2600011A Job Summary: Manages the activities and personnel engaged in the Design and Procurement Construction Closeout and PostProject Review phases of the NEXCOM Capital Improvement Program. Coordinates work through other stages of the capital project process. This management position involves architectural engineering and contractual and financial activities supporting capital project execution. Responsible for creating and maintaining facility standards for NEXCOM brands.
