**Position Overview:**

Acts as a liaison to each Foundation Finance Officer in establishing their operating budget target and makes recommendations for budget cuts needed to achieve targets; spreading of monthly operating budget targets to align with local entity recommendations.

Provides leadership and direction for the financial decision support systems and reporting at Sutter Health. Manages and maintains cost accounting systems including system admin, data integration and auditing as appropriate. Supports the implementation and acquisition of new lines of business.
