Essential Functions:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the global shared services responsible for processing high-volume, standardized finance transactions, including order entry, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and master data creationOversee accounting activities operations within India, including monthly closing process and statutory complianceEngage with the RTR, OTC, and PTP finance leaders to ensure alignment of shared services with business strategies and needsDevelop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirementsWork with the RTR, OTC, and PTP Global Process Owners (GPOs) to drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure standardization, implement best practices, and enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalabilityCollaborate with IT and other functions to design and implement automation to ...
