Summary The position of Director for Facilities and Environmental Quality is in the Office of the Secretary, Office of the Chief Financial Officer and Assistant Secretary for Administration (CFO/ASA) and reports to the Deputy Assistant Secretary (DAS) for Administration. The Director for Facilities and Environmental Quality serves as the department's Senior Real Property Officer, responsible for department-wide Facilities Capital Asset Planning and Budgeting. Responsibilities The incumbent is responsible for the development and implementation of broad policies, standards, and procedures for the Department-wide Real Property Sustainability, Energy, and Environmental programs; responsible for printing, mail, and transit subsidy benefit programs, and the deliver of building management, parking and facility services to HCHB and its occupants.
