Restaurant Brands International (RBI) is seeking a highly experienced and commercially driven transaction leader to join our Asia Pacific team as Director, Franchising. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing RBI’s long‑term growth strategy across the region through the structuring and execution of complex franchising and capital transactions.

The Director, Franchising will lead strategic partnerships with large master franchise organizations, driving market expansion, capital solutions, and structural optimizations that strengthen brand positioning and long‑term value creation. This individual will champion transactions end‑to‑end, from opportunity origination and strategic framing, through negotiation and due diligence, to execution of legal agreements and post‑transaction oversight.
