• Implements best practices and optimizations.
• Oversees the delivery of GBS services, ensuring consistent service levels, compliance with standards, and alignment with business requirements.
• Leads efforts to adopt technology and implement process improvements, optimizing GBS operations and enhancing service delivery.
• Ensures GBS operations adhere to industry regulations, compliance standards, and internal policies, and implements risk mitigation strategies.
