Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Value & Access Strategy HIV Treatment, our Director of GV&A HIV Execution – ICR midsize markets will:
Partner closely with ICR market teams to adapt and drive execution of GV&A strategies and launch plans to optimize access, reimbursement and uptake of HIV franchise products (both HIV Treatment and Prevention), aligned to local needs.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement awareness of unmet needs, HIV product value propositions and health economic tools to support HIV value demonstration and differentiation.
Lead the implementation of new capabilities, including Value Strategy & Realization (VS&R), tailored to local requirements and opportunities in collaboration with the GV&A triad and the GV&A Capabilities & Execution Lead. to ensure understanding of strategy, disease/product data, managing payer ob...
