Director & Head of FP&A

As the Director & Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you will be a strategic co-pilot to the Group Executive Team. You are responsible for steering the financial trajectory of FairPrice Group through rigorous performance management, and high-impact decision support. In this critical leadership role, you will bridge the gap between complex financial data and actionable business strategy, ensuring the Group meets its long-term financial commitments while navigating a volatile retail landscape.

• Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and the 3-to-5-year Strategic Long-Range Plan (LRP) across all business units (Grocery Business, e-commerce, Food Services, and Own Brands). Own the rolling forecast process, providing no-surprise outlooks to the CFO and Leadership team. Develop sophisticated financial models to evaluate new market entries, M&A opportunities, and large-scale capital investments.
