Responsibilities

The Distribution and Credit Solutions (DCS) division is the centre of expertise and single point of entry for financial engineering/structuring, distribution and trading for various structured credit products. Securitisation and Fund Finance team is the origination and structuring group within DCS responsible for origination of securitisation, structured credit and loans, repack solutions, and funds financing. The team provides corporates, financial institutions, insurance companies, funds, asset managers and corporate siblings (such as auto‑captives) with asset backed solutions for financing, investment, risk management and scarce resources consumption through the use of securitisation and market techniques.

DCS division operates internationally with teams based in Europe and the United States and has been present in Asia‑Pacific for seven years.
