Opportunity Description
Reporting to the CHRO, this newly created leadership position will play a key role in shaping and driving the organisation’s Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Learning & Talent Management strategies within a large and complex professional services environment.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Provide strategic leadership to the Talent Acquisition function, ensuring hiring strategies, processes, and workforce planning initiatives are aligned with the organisation’s business priorities
- Drive the development and enhancement of recruitment policies, systems, and processes to support efficient, consistent, and high-quality hiring outcomes
- Lead and provide thought leadership across Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Talent Management, and Succession Planning initiatives
