Overview

The Director of Internal Audit leads the planning, execution, and oversight of internal audit activities across the organization, ensuring the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and compliance processes. Reporting to the Executive Director of Internal Audit, this role manages a team of auditors and serves as a strategic partner to enhance operational efficiency and strengthen corporate governance.

Core Responsibilities

• Functional Leadership: Lead and coordinate the internal audit team, ensuring high‑quality, consistent, and compliant audit execution.
• Annual Audit Plan: Oversee the implementation of the Annual Audit Plan, based on a risk‑based approach and aligned with corporate priorities.
