You’ll lead the Inventory Replenishment team, defining and executing strategies that support the growth of Farm Boy’s replenishment programs. Through strong cross-functional partnerships, this role ensures effective replenishment and product availability, enabling the Retail business to deliver a best-in-class fresh food experience. • Lead the development and execution of Farm Boy’s replenishment strategies and programs to support business objectives.
• Drive inventory performance, including: turns, fill rates, shelf-life, and product freshness, through effective use of forecasting, reporting, and data analytics.
