The Role

We are looking for someone with previous directing experience who is ECT qualified to lead KU Shalvey on a permanent basis, working 7.6 hours a day, Monday to Friday. We seek a director with a contemporary pedagogical lens, who is able to lead, mentor and support a small but enthusiastic team of educators. The team is passionate about creating engaging learning environments that reflect children’s interests and promote sustainability through gardening, recycling, and nature-based play.
