Salary Range: $141,835 - $200,238 per annum

Supply Ontario (SO) is seeking a strategic HR leader with proven knowledge and experience in labour management, relationship building and occupational health and safety. As a member of the HR leadership team, this role is critical to developing the employee and labour relations (ELR), as well as occupational health & safety (OHS) programs and initiatives that will continue to support Supply Ontario’s strategy.

Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will drive the development and implementation of the ELR and OHS programs, including plans, methods, tools, key performance indicators, metrics and processes to ensure SO leaders are enabled and equipped to manage employee and labour relations.
