Plays a critical role in the Real Estate team, supporting the Vice‑President of Real Estate in all aspects of site acquisition, lease renewals, and deal execution. This position involves complex lease negotiations, portfolio analysis and high‑level stakeholder engagement. Work closely with landlords, agents, and internal teams to ensure optimal terms that support the strategic direction of all three brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead lease negotiations for new store openings, renewals, expansions, relocations and closures across all three brands.
• Drive portfolio performance by identifying opportunities for cost savings, space optimization and improved lease structures.
• Develop and execute leasing strategies aligned with the commercial objectives and brand positioning of each retail division.
