Director, Leave and AccommodationsWe are seeking a highly strategic leader to serve as Director, Leave and Accommodations. This critical role is responsible for driving transformation for the Leave and Accommodations team to help simplify the associate experience, remove abrasion and make it easier for the team. The successful candidate will drive process optimization, technology integration, harmonization with policy intent, and compliance excellence, ensuring a world-class, employee-centric experience while mitigating organizational risk.
