Opportunity Description

- Candidates must have direct experience in financing including leverage finance in Asia, gained from leading financial institutions
- Originate, structure, and execute leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings and recapitalization
- Lead the origination and structuring of bespoke and innovative credit solutions, drive transaction execution working together with internal stakeholders
- Design and structure transactions tailored to client and investor requirements, balancing risk, return, and regulatory considerations for leveraged and acquisition finance transactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial sponsors, asset managers, banks, and legal counsels; lead pitch efforts and prepare tailored client proposals
