Director Mechanical Design

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Leader to join our Data Center Design & Construction team. This role will be responsible for leading the design and development of mechanical systems across hyperscale and colocation data center projects, supporting both greenfield developments and brownfield expansion initiatives.

The successful candidate will drive concept design, design management, engineering reviews, cooling strategy optimization, and coordination with consultants and contractors to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design activities across data center projects.
• Develop cooling and HVAC strategies for mission-critical facilities.
• Support greenfield developments, fit-outs, expansions, and retrofit projects.
• Manage design consultants and engineering partners.
• Review and validate MEP design documentation.
